Message from the President

At BLENDEA, our name is derived from combining the words BLEND and IDEA.
By placing an AI element at the heart of our logo, we express our commitment to connecting knowledge and ideas through the power of AI to create new value.

In this era where AI is taking over many intellectual tasks, we believe in the importance of flexibly blending the wisdom of our predecessors with existing ideas to make a positive contribution to society.
Furthermore, by leveraging AI, we aim to break down all kinds of barriers—cultural, religious, national, linguistic, gender-based, generational, or physical—and strive to build an inclusive workplace.
Creating an environment where diverse talents can thrive in safety and confidence is key to unlocking innovation and high productivity. This is BLENDEA’s mission.

One of our core initiatives is the global promotion of Japanese food culture.
By integrating modern technology with the brilliant concept of “Donmaru”, created by Chairman Junji Oshima of Sasafune Co., Ltd., we aim to deliver the joy of Japanese cuisine not only within Japan but to people around the world.
Exporting Japan’s wisdom and culture through food—this is one of BLENDEA’s bold challenges.

As a first step, in September 2025, we will relaunch the Higashi-Yotsugi location in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo—where Sasafune was founded—as a flagship store enhanced with AI integration.
Starting from this hub, we will accelerate our overseas expansion, particularly into North America, to achieve global growth.

BLENDEA is a newly founded company, established in 2025.
